Dutil’s Home Repair uses the patented Water Out Emergency Drying system. When your home is severely flooded there is no time to lose. Most conventional dehumidifiers can only remove 25 to 80 pints of water per day, but the new water out system can remove up to 2300 pints of water per day. That is over a ton of water in a day!

This is how the system works. The water out system brings air in from the outside environment and reduces the relative humidity down to 2%. On average a desert has a relative humidity of 20%. That means that outside air is pumped into our trailer and 98% of the moisture is removed. After the air is dehumidified it is pumped into the building and begins to absorb the moisture. The air circulates through the building and is only brought back outside after large quantities of moisture are absorbed.

The cycle continues until all of the moisture is removed from the building. The cycle is capable of exchanging the entire air volume of a 1000 square foot section every four minutes. The equipment is self automated, so little manpower is needed.
